Many Dub Life products are produced specifically after your order has been placed. This means there is a production and fulfilment stage before your order is dispatched.

Production times may vary depending on the product, colour, size, print location, order volume, and current fulfilment capacity.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the products ordered, production location, destination, selected delivery service, and shipping carrier.

Where available, the estimated delivery date shown during checkout or provided after ordering may include both production time and the shipping journey.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Peak periods, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery.

UK SHIPPING

A standard shipping charge of £5 applies to eligible UK orders.

Your final delivery charge will always be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping rates may be adjusted in the future depending on the products ordered, delivery service, fulfilment location, or destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dub Life may offer international delivery to selected destinations. Availability depends on the products ordered and the destination country.

Where our standard £5 shipping rate is available, it will be displayed during checkout. If a different delivery charge applies to your destination, the correct rate will be shown before payment is completed.

International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling charges. Where applicable, these additional charges are normally the responsibility of the recipient.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been produced and dispatched.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation has been issued.

Tracking updates are provided by the relevant delivery carrier and may occasionally take time to appear.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Depending on the products ordered and the production locations used, items from the same order may occasionally be produced and dispatched separately.

This means your order may arrive in more than one parcel and possibly on different delivery dates.

If one part of your order arrives before another, don't worry — the remaining items may still be on their way.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as quickly as possible.

Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your estimated delivery window has passed and your parcel has not arrived, please check your tracking information first.

Occasionally, delivery carriers may experience delays that are outside our control.

If you still need assistance, contact us with your order number and we will help review the shipment with the relevant fulfilment or delivery partner.

FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel, it may be returned to the fulfilment provider.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be produced again or shipped to you again.
